Their milk comes from a unique blend of organic Jersey and Friesian cows that graze on the lush, organic pastures of their Herefordshire farms giving the milk a natural luxuriously creamy taste. This adds heritage to our product and reduces unnecessary food miles. They use artisan methods and traditional recipes to keep the natural goodness and flavour of the ingredients. This firm full-bodied Cheddar that contains 25% Jersey milk is produced in small batches and matured for six months. The cheese has a creamy aftertaste, not the metallic flavour you often get from mass-produced cheese, richly flavoured and perfect for cooking, sandwiches – or the best Ploughman’s Lunch you can imagine!
